Alternative Medicine? -- Manami Kataoka

 My parents started acupuncture a few years ago to relieve stiff shoulders and they say it helps. I have tried it once before and didn't feel any effects at that time. I later found out that the effect cannot be felt until several days of treatment have passed. I want to try again because the fact of my parents' effects interested me.

    Acupuncture looks a bit painful because the needles need to be put in your back of the skin.

    My uncle did it too. He said that moxibustion treatment smells like incense!

    I really like  the sound of walking on snow which is pilled up. At first, I love the winter the most in four seasons. Also, I rarely saw snow in my hometown which is Fukuoka, in Japan. Kapai-- Shanin Hirakawa

  Kapai have several meanings like "Good!", "excellent", "Well done!" or "okay". You can use these expression for conversation to convey positivity and approval. For instance, when appreciating someone's cooking, you could say, " Kai kapai" to compliment the food. By adding "kai" at the top word of "kapai", it means "good food" or "tasty food". In an overall context, it's a compliment to the person who prepared the meal. Also, in other terms, you can use "kapai" if someone does a good job like passing the examination, so you might say "kapai" to praise them.
